Alex Gerov is the founder of Maximised Setting and the operator behind the appointment-setting infrastructure used to drive over $1M in sets closed across coaches, creators, and high-ticket offers.

What started as one founder building setting teams from scratch (sourcing setters, writing SOPs, fixing bottlenecks call by call) has become a full system. The same frameworks Alex used to scale his own operations are now licensed and deployed inside other businesses, with the same outcome: packed calendars, clean handoffs, and revenue that compounds.
